Yes, absolutely! All our sessions are 100% confidential. The group therapy setting is a safe space where you can share your struggles and receive support without judgment.

No, sharing is completely voluntary. You can choose to listen and receive support without sharing anything you’re not comfortable with. The session is designed to help you, whether you speak up or just listen. However, just like anything else whatever you put in, is what you get out.

No! You can join the group therapy session from the comfort of your home or anywhere you feel comfortable, as long as you have access to a phone, tablet, or computer. No driving because you need stable wifi. If you cut out you may lose your turn meaning you will have to pay again for another time slot. 

Once you’ve reserved your spot, you’ll receive an invitation with a link or phone number to join the session. All you need is a device with an internet connection (or phone) to participate.



Yes, we definitely can accommodate you. It will definitely cost more to have one on one sessions. Also, It will take 7-10 days to be seen.  Currently, our service is focused on group therapy which is cost effective for the majority. However, if you feel you need individual therapy, we do have that resource available with one of our  trusted professionals.

If you can’t make it to a session, you forfeit your payment. We have accommodations for small groups.You will have to pay again to participate in a future session.
